Detonations continue at warehouse site in Kyiv Oblast after Russian strike, PM Koretskyi says

Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi has said that a fire and subsequent explosions broke out at warehouses in Kyiv Oblast's Bucha district following a Russian strike.

Quote: "There were reports from the interior minister and the head of the State Emergency Service regarding the enemy strike on the Bucha district of Kyiv Oblast, where the impact caused a fire followed by explosions."

Details: The PM added that police officers, first responders, bomb disposal experts and all emergency services are working at the scene.

Measures are being taken to protect and rescue people, and they will be evacuated if necessary.

Quote: "However, unfortunately, we can already state that the terrible tragedy in Vyshneve has not become a lesson.

In the fifth year of the full-scale invasion, making the same mistakes over and over again is criminal negligence. Everyone responsible, without exception, must face severe punishment so that such situations never happen again.

I expect an immediate and strict response from law enforcement."

Background: On the evening of 28 August, loud explosions were heard in the Bucha district, Kyiv Oblast. A fire broke out at a warehouse, and traffic for all vehicles was blocked on a section of the M-06 Kyiv–Chop motorway between kilometres 15 and 32.
