Explosions reported in Bucha district: warehouse facilities on fire, traffic blocked on Kyiv-Chop road – photo, video
Powerful explosions were heard in the Bucha district of Kyiv Oblast on the evening of 28 August. A warehouse facility has caught fire, and all traffic has been blocked in both directions on the M-06 Kyiv-Chop road between kilometres 15 and 32.

Quote from Biloshytskyi: "Kyiv Oblast. Traffic for all vehicles has been blocked between kilometres 15 and 32 of the M-06 Kyiv-Chop road in both directions."
Details: Police have provided alternative routes and urged drivers to take this information into account when planning their journeys.
Meanwhile, Biloshytskyi has not specified what prompted the road closure.
Earlier, Kyiv-based Telegram channels reported powerful explosions near the Kyiv-Chop road outside Kyiv, where a major fire broke out. Smoke was visible even in Kyiv.
Update: Tkachenko reported that warehouse facilities have caught fire in the Bucha district as a result of a Russian attack. The fire has been accompanied by explosions.
Quote from Tkachenko: "Emergency services are working at the scene. Firefighters are dealing with the aftermath of the attack and doing everything possible to contain the fire.
I urge residents of the district not to approach the scene and to follow the instructions of the emergency services."
