Quote: "This escalation requires us to discuss strong responses, support for Ukraine, and ways to deprive Russia of the means and resources to continue its war. Tomorrow's discussion should be about putting all available instruments to work."
Details: Sybiha said he will bring a clear agenda to the table: strengthening air and ballistic missile defence, tougher sanctions and pressure on Russia, additional defence and energy support ahead of winter as well as progress towards opening negotiating clusters on Ukraine's accession to the EU.
Quote: "The more capabilities Ukraine receives and the fewer resources Russia retains for its war, the closer we move towards a comprehensive and lasting peace."
