Russian forces have attacked Zhytomyr Oblast, damaging civilian infrastructure.

Quote: "It is currently known that civilian infrastructure in the Zhytomyr hromada A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories has been damaged.
State Emergency Service rescue crews and emergency medical teams are working at the scene. Information about casualties is being confirmed."
Details: Bunechko urged people not to take photos and videos or post them online, as this could assist the Russians.
