Russian intelligence agencies should expect Ukrainian drone to fly into their offices, says European defence commissioner
European Defence Commissioner Andrius Kubilius believes that following Russia's drone strike on the Security Service of Ukraine building in Kyiv, Russian intelligence agencies will now be expecting a response in kind from Ukraine.

Details: Kubilius noted that Russian leader Vladimir Putin has brought the war back to Russian territory.
Quote from Kubilius: "Putin brought war back to Russia: he escalates, then the Ukrainians answer with mirror measures. That's how Putin got the majority of refineries in Russia destroyed, lost international flights, and now the KGB and GRU [Main Intelligence Directorate] will wait for a Ukrainian drone to fly into their offices." In this context, Kubilius is apparently using "KGB" and "GRU" as generic references to Russian intelligence agencies.
The European commissioner was commenting on a Russian drone strike that damaged the Security Service of Ukraine building in Kyiv on 4 September.
