Russians lost naval missile carrier, fighter jet and helicopter overnight, Ukraine's drone chief says

Ukraine's defence forces and the Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) struck a number of Russian military assets in Novorossiysk and Anapa on the night of 8-9 September.

Quote: "The Novorossiysk naval base has lost a number of military vessels, including missile carriers, as a result of a combined strike by Ukraine's defence forces and the USF on the night of 8-9 September."

Details: Brovdi also reported that USF drones destroyed an Su-33 carrier-based fighter jet and an Mi-8 helicopter in Anapa on the night of 8-9 September.

In addition, drones operated by the 1st Separate USF Centre struck two Russian radars – a Kasta-2E2 and a 92N6 radar from an S-300/S-400 air defence system – near Gelendzhik.

Background: On the night of 29-30 August, USF drone pilots carried out a series of attacks on the Millerovo and Yeysk airfields in Russia. The Ukrainian military struck five Russian air defence assets.
