Russian drone hits nine-storey building in Kyiv: one killed, one injured

A Russian drone has hit a multi-storey residential building in Kyiv's Dniprovskyi district. As of 16:50, a woman is known to have been killed and another person injured.

Details: In a subsequent message, the administration reported that a woman had been killed in the Russian attack.
