Russian strike on shopping centre in Pavlohrad: death toll rises to five, 67 injured – photos, video

A Russian attack on a shopping centre in Pavlohrad has now claimed five lives, with 67 city residents injured, including eight children.

Quote: "I am at the scene of the Russian attack in Pavlohrad. In the evening, Russian drones destroyed shops, retail units and vehicles here. Part of the street in the city centre has been effectively destroyed. A total of 90% of the damaged facilities are commercial. Sadly, five people have been killed."

Details: Hanzha said that 67 people injured in the attack are in hospital, including eight children.

"Among those injured are boys aged 13, 14, 15 and 17, two 4-year-old girls and one 11-year-old girl. All of them are receiving medical treatment," said the head of the Oblast State Administration.

Background: Russian forces attacked a shopping centre in the city centre of Pavlohrad in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast during the afternoon of 10 September. Four deaths and 62 injuries had previously been reported.
