Russian drone attack on Zaporizhzhia injures child and mother
Two people – a mother and her son – were injured in a Russian drone attack on Zaporizhzhia on the night of 10-11 September.

Quote from the State Emergency Service: "During the night, Russian forces launched a large-scale drone attack on the city of Zaporizhzhia. Early reports indicate that a 32-year-old woman and her 10-year-old son were injured. They are receiving all necessary medical assistance."
Details: The roof of a nine-storey residential building was damaged, causing a fire covering an area of 80 sq m.
An office building also caught fire, while a strike on a shopping centre caused another blaze.
All the fires have now been extinguished.
Background: Eight people were injured in a Russian attack on Kyiv on the night of 10-11 September, and a high-rise building in the city's Dniprovskyi district was damaged.
