Eight people injured in Russian attack on Kyiv – photos, video

Eight people were injured in a Russian attack on the city of Kyiv on the night of 10-11 September, while a high-rise residential building in the Dniprovskyi district was damaged.

Details: A nine-storey residential building in the Dniprovskyi district was damaged. The facade of the building caught fire from the ground to the fourth floor, as did an apartment on the first floor.

Emergency workers rescued seven people, while another seven were handed over to ambulance crews for further medical treatment. Meanwhile, the police report that eight people had been injured.

A 64-year-old man and a 57-year-old woman suffered burns and were hospitalised. A 23-year-old woman sustained a shrapnel wound, and medical staff treated a further five people without the need for hospitalisation.

A fire also broke out in a single-storey warehouse building in the Obolonskyi district as a result of the Russian attack. The fire was extinguished at 23:53. No one was injured.
