A railway infrastructure facility has been damaged in a Russian attack on Vinnytsia Oblast.

Details: A fire broke out at the facility following the strike and was promptly extinguished by firefighters.

There were no deaths or injuries.

Background: On 13 September, Russian forces attacked the locomotive of a passenger train in Volyn Oblast, 2 km from the border with Poland.
