Two Russian oblasts come under drone attack, with oil refinery and factory hit – photo, video
Drones attacked Russia's Volgograd and Samara oblasts on the night of 14-15 September. The Sebryakovcement Mikhaylovka Cement Plant and Syzran oil refinery may have been among the targets.

Details: A fire broke out at the local oil refinery in Syzran, Samara Oblast. Oil product storage tanks may have caught fire. An air-raid warning had been issued in the oblast shortly beforehand.
Explosions were also heard at the Sebryakovcement plant in the city of Mikhaylovka, Volgograd Oblast. A missile and drone threat warning had also been issued in the oblast shortly beforehand.
The explosion occurred near cement kiln No. 5, after which firefighters were sent to the plant. Footage posted on social media shows heavy smoke over the factory grounds.
There are also reports of a possible missile strike on the Taganrog Aviation Scientific-Technical Complex named after G.M. Beriev. Among other things, the facility repairs and modernises Russian military aircraft.
