Russians attack diesel locomotive in Volyn, hit Kherson and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts: four injured

Russian forces attacked a diesel locomotive in Volyn and hit the suburbs of Kherson and two districts in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, leaving four people injured, on 15 September.

Quote from the SES: "In Volyn, a diesel locomotive caught fire on the night of 14-15 September as a result of a Russian attack."

Details: Firefighters extinguished the blaze, and no casualties were reported.
The Russians also hit Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, where two people were injured.
Quote from Oleksandr Hanzha: "In the Nikopol district, the city of Nikopol as well as the Marhanets and Myrove hromadas A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories came under attack. An office building and apartment blocks have been damaged. A 63-year-old man has been hospitalised in a moderate condition. Another 31-year-old man will receive outpatient treatment."
Details: Additionally, at approximately 09:00, the Russians attacked the village of Bilozerka in Kherson Oblast by drone strike, injuring two men aged 38 and 60 who sustained blast injuries.
