Russia attacks central Odesa twice, repeat strike hits during rescue operation: 11 injured – photos
Russian forces attacked central Odesa twice on 18 September, and the repeat strike came as first responders were working at the scene. Eleven people have been injured in the attacks.

Update: Kiper said Russian forces attacked the central part of the city twice in quick succession. The repeat strike occurred while first responders were dealing with the aftermath of the first attack and helping people.
Initially, 10 people were reported injured, including two rescue workers. Three of them were hospitalised, while the others received medical treatment at the scene.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed that the Russians had struck an 11-storey office building. Vehicles were also damaged.
Update at 21:54: Kiper reported that the number of people injured in the Russian attack on central Odesa had risen to 11.
Details: Lysak had earlier reported that a Russian drone had struck an office building in a busy area in central Odesa. A fire broke out on several floors of the building following the strike.
