Russians strike Balakliia in Kharkiv Oblast: two killed, two injured

Two people have been killed and two injured in a Russian attack on Balakliia in Kharkiv Oblast on 18 September.

Details: Karabanov said two people have been taken to hospital and are receiving the necessary medical treatment.

A fire broke out at the site of the strike. Roofs of houses were damaged and windows were shattered.
