Two killed and six injured in nighttime Russian attack on Dnipro – photo

Two people have been killed and six injured in a Russian ballistic missile attack on the city of Dnipro on the night of 21-22 September.

Quote: "Three people have been injured in a Russian attack on Dnipro. Medics are providing all of them with the necessary medical treatment."

Update: As of 06:40, it became known that two people had been killed and six injured.

"There may still be people under the rubble of the business facility damaged by the enemy strike. The search and rescue operation is ongoing," Hanzha said.

Update: Hanzha later added that a 25-year-old man had been hospitalised in a critical condition. Four other people – three men aged 35, 46 and 47 and a 51-year-old woman – were taken to hospital in a moderate condition. A 57-year-old man will receive treatment as an outpatient.

The Russians also damaged warehouse facilities and premises belonging to a business.

Background: Russian forces launched ballistic missile strikes on Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on the night of 21-22 September, with explosions reported in the cities of Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih and Pavlohrad. Fires broke out at the sites.
