Russia attacks foreign cargo ship in Odesa Oblast, killing captain – photos

Russian forces have struck a cargo vessel flying the flag of Antigua and Barbuda in Odesa Oblast, killing its captain, a Ukrainian citizen.

Quote: "The Russians have attacked port and civilian infrastructure facilities in Odesa Oblast.

The enemy targeted a merchant cargo vessel flying the flag of Antigua and Barbuda. A fire has broken out. The vessel's captain, a Ukrainian citizen, has been killed. The rest of the crew has been evacuated. The fire has now been extinguished."

Details: Kiper added that Russian forces had attacked warehouses used to store medicines, household goods and food products in two consecutive strikes. It took several hours to put out the fires.
