The number of people injured in Russian attacks on Kyiv throughout 23 September has risen to 45. Two people were killed.

Eighteen injured people are in Kyiv hospitals. Two of them are in a serious condition. Two people were killed."
Details: In the evening, the mayor reported a repeat strike on the site of a non-residential building in Kyiv's Pecherskyi district.
Background:
- Russian forces attacked Kyiv almost continuously throughout 23 September. It was reported earlier that two people had been killed and 43 injured in the Russian attacks on the capital.
- Prosecutors have reported that in the course of the day, Russian drones attacked petrol stations, a business centre, an office building, premises belonging to a pharmaceutical company, a former market building and premises near the railway station. Fires broke out at the sites of the strikes, and parked vehicles were also damaged.
- The prosecutors said Russian forces also carried out repeat strikes on the same targets.
- The Russian attack caused internet disruptions affecting around 100,000 customers in the city of Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast.
- Russian forces also struck the Darnytsia pharmaceutical plant in Kyiv. No casualties were reported there.
