Zelenskyy: Russians strike Kyiv data centre twice in morning attack

Russian forces struck a data centre in Kyiv twice on the morning of 27 September. Three people, including two children, were injured in the first strike.

Details: Zelenskyy said that over the past week, Russia had used more than 2,200 strike drones, around 1,650 aerial bombs and 38 missiles of various types against Ukraine, a significant proportion of them ballistic missiles.

On the night of 26-27 September, residential buildings, energy facilities and other civilian infrastructure came under attack in Odesa, Kharkiv, Sumy, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Poltava, Zhytomyr and Kyiv oblasts.

Three people were killed in attacks in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, and a man was killed by a drone strike in Kyiv.

Zelenskyy also called on China, India, Brazil, South Africa and other G20 and Global South countries to use their influence on Russia to help bring the war to an end.
