Russian forces attacked two multi-storey residential buildings in Sumy with Molniya-type drones on Sunday 27 September, injuring a local woman.

Details: According to Kryvosheienko, Russian drones struck residential areas in the Kovpakivskyi and Zarichnyi districts of Sumy.

Quote: "A woman was injured as a result of a Molniya strike on the roof of a multi-storey building in the Kovpakivskyi district.

Another Molniya hit the wall of a 10-storey building in a residential district that had already suffered damage from previous Russian strikes. At this location, as early reports indicate, there were no injuries."

Background: Two people were killed, including a 16-year-old girl, and six others were injured as a result of a Russian guided aerial bomb (GAB) strike on Sumy on Sunday 27 September.
