Ukrainian forces hit Pantsir-S2 air defence system, drone ground control station and launch sites – General Staff

Units from Ukraine's defence forces struck a series of Russian military targets on 27 September and on the night of 27-28 September 2026, including an anti-aircraft missile and gun system.

Details: Additionally, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) ground control station and a temporary deployment point for a Russian UAV unit were struck in the village of Vynohradivka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

Quote: "In the city of Donetsk in Donetsk Oblast, a site used for the storage, preparation and launch of attack UAVs was hit. Systematic strikes against such sites are aimed at reducing the intensity of the Russian armed forces' use of attack UAVs and significantly degrading their ability to strike targets across Ukraine."

Details: Also in Donetsk Oblast, a repair unit was struck in Mariupol, ammunition depots in Makiivka and Ustynivka and a material and technical logistics depot belonging to the Russian occupiers in Nikolske.

Background: The General Staff reported that Ukrainian forces struck a Russian P-18 Terek radar station in the temporarily occupied part of Donetsk Oblast.
