Ukrainian foreign minister discusses protection of Ukraine against Russian attacks with NATO representative

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has held a meeting with Geoffrey van Leeuwen, Chief of Staff of the NATO Secretary General.

Details: Sybiha and van Leeuwen discussed further cooperation and assistance to help protect Ukrainian cities and put an end to Russia's drone and missile terror. Specifically, more than 230 air-raid warnings were issued in Kyiv in September.

Quote from Sybiha: "I briefed him on Russia's ongoing terror campaign, including the use of jet-powered Shahed drones, and on the steps needed to counter it. We appreciate his readiness to visit Ukraine and witness firsthand the conditions in which our people and cities live every day."

Details: Sybiha stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to protect the entire Euro-Atlantic area from the Russian threat.

Quote from Sybiha: "Russian attacks already threaten not just Ukraine, but also NATO member states through intensifying attacks on border infrastructure, acts of sabotage, and other dangerous provocations."
