Russian forces deliberately targeted a fire and rescue unit in the Zaporizhzhia district with a drone on 2 September, injuring a firefighter.

Quote: "The occupiers have deliberately struck the premises of the fire and rescue unit as emergency workers were preparing to respond to a call. A firefighter is receiving all the necessary medical treatment."
Background: Russian forces struck a fire and rescue station with a drone in one of the settlements in Zaporizhzhia Oblast on the night of 30-31 August. The unit's building, a fire tanker and a passenger car were damaged. No personnel were injured as they were in a shelter.
