Number of people injured in Russian guided bomb attack on Kharkiv rises to 42

The number of people injured in the Russian guided bomb attack on Kharkiv on 2 October has risen to 42, including three children. Two women have been killed.

Details: Syniehubov said that two women aged 66 and 80 had been killed in the attack on Kharkiv.

A total of 42 people were injured, including three children.

The Russians attacked the city's Slobidskyi, Nemyshlianskyi and Kyivskyi districts with guided bombs and drones.

Twenty-three houses, an educational institution, office buildings, seven cars and power networks were damaged in Kharkiv.

Overall, five people were killed and 49 injured in Russian attacks across Kharkiv Oblast over the past day.

Three people were killed in the Zolochiv and Derhachi . A 74-year-old man was injured and two women were suffering from shock in Shevchenkove. Near Ruska Lozova, a 44-year-old man was injured and three people, including two children, were suffering from shock. 

Background: The Russians struck residential areas of Kharkiv with guided bombs on the afternoon of 2 October. Two people were reported to have been killed and 32 injured.
