Details: Water pressure may drop in Kyiv's right-bank districts, particularly in Sviatoshynskyi, Solomianskyi, Shevchenkivskyi and Holosiivskyi.
A temporary disruption of the water supply is possible in some residential buildings.
The water supply will return to normal once power is restored to the water facilities.
Quote: "Kyivvodokanal engineers are working with power engineers to deal with the problem and are taking all the necessary measures to restore a stable water supply as quickly as possible."
Background: On the morning of 8 October, emergency power cuts were introduced in Kyiv and some districts of Kyiv Oblast on the instructions of Ukrenergo, Ukraine's state-owned electricity transmission system operator.
