One killed and 11 injured in morning Russian attack on Kyiv

One person has been killed and 11 others injured as a result of a Russian attack on Kyiv on the morning of 8 October.

Details: Nine of those injured were taken to hospital.

Drone debris fell in an open area in the Holosiivskyi district.

An air-raid warning has been in effect in the capital since 09:00 due to the threat of drone attacks.

Background: Two people were killed in a Russian strike on a high-rise residential building in Kyiv on the evening of 7 October.
