Details: Agro Alliance is registered in the village of Kopani, Zaporizhzhia Oblast. The company grew cereals, legumes and oilseeds and engaged in wholesale grain trading, among other activities.

According to the case documents, in early March 2022, Russian troops entered the company's premises while armed, illegally took up residence there and seized its property.

The company lost access to its property complex, movable assets and inventory, as well as the ability to conduct business.

The court found the claims justified and ordered the full amount to be recovered from the Russian Federation, represented by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.

Agro Alliance LLC was established in 2000. Its founders include Volodymyr Dudka, who also heads the company, Oleh Romanenko and Nina Arshukova.
