Quote: "During September and early October, the defence forces struck eight launchers that were used for ballistic strikes: three were destroyed and five damaged. These strikes have forced the enemy to cancel or alter planned ballistic attacks."

Details: Khmara added that the available and potential supplies of anti-ballistic defence missiles are insufficient to fully counter this threat, and that Ukraine is working on this issue with its partners.

Quote: "The objective is not to wait for large long-term contracts, but to find available stockpiles among our partners as quickly as possible and expedite their transfer to Ukraine. We need dozens and hundreds of missiles, not single deliveries."
