Russians strike Zaporizhzhia Oblast 848 times: one killed and five injured

One person has been killed and five others injured as a result of Russian strikes on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district on 19 October.

Details: In total, Russian forces launched 848 strikes on 52 settlements across the oblast.

The Russians carried out 14 airstrikes, deployed 613 drones of various types (mostly FPVs), hit settlements twice using multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS) and carried out 219 artillery strikes.

Airstrikes targeted Balabyne, Kushuhum, Zarichne, Yasna Poliana, Zhovta Krucha, Tavriiske, Novorozivka, Veselianka, Orikhiv, Vilnianka and Vasynivka. The Russians used MLRS to strike Zaporozhets and Chervona Krynytsia.

A total of 83 reports were received regarding damage to homes, cars and infrastructure facilities.
