Satellite imagery has confirmed damage to workshops at the 75th Arsenal, a weapons plant in Serpukhov in Moscow Oblast, following a strike on 22 October.

Details: CyberBoroshno has reported that workshops Nos. 24 and 25 and an adjacent storage facility were hit during the attack.

Quote: "According to open-source data, these are key production buildings of the company. They contain lines for the dismantling, diagnostics, repair and overhaul of air defence system components, including the S-300V, Buk and Tunguska-M, as well as radar reconnaissance systems."

Details: CyberBoroshno notes that following component repairs, these workshops are where units are assembled, radio-electronic equipment is integrated and ground radio interrogators and radar stations are configured.

The 75th Arsenal is part of the Russian state corporation Rostec and is engaged in the repair of Buk-M1/M2 and S-300V systems.

Experts say the strikes on workshops where equipment is returned to service may slow down the repair of Russian air defence systems and their delivery to troops.

A comparison of satellite imagery of the 75th Arsenal in Serpukhov has been posted separately by the Exilenova+ Telegram channel. The comparison shows damage to the buildings.

Background: On 22 October it was reported that OSINT analysts from Falcon Insight Map had identified the probable targets of the strike on the 75th Arsenal in Serpukhov. At the time it was assumed that only workshops Nos. 24 and 25 had been hit.
