Quote from DTEK: "Kyiv: the enemy has attacked an energy facility, leaving parts of the Obolonskyi, Darnytskyi, Desnianskyi and Podilskyi districts without electricity."
Details: DTEK said that rolling power outage schedules are not currently in effect in these districts.
"Power engineers in the capital are already at the damaged sites, working to restore the equipment as quickly as possible and bring electricity back to Kyiv residents," the statement said.
Klitschko also reported a strike on a critical infrastructure facility. He said emergency services were heading to the site.
Update: Klitschko said that power outages caused by the Russian attack on several critical infrastructure facilities had led to a drop in pressure in the city's water supply system, resulting in disruptions. Power engineers are working to restore power.
"Three Russian drones have struck one of the capital's critical infrastructure facilities, causing problems with the city's water supply. Power engineers are now working to restore the power supply," he wrote.
The water supply has now been restored in the Obolonskyi district. The Sviatoshynskyi, Podilskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts are still experiencing reduced water pressure. The city's left bank and the Pecherskyi, Solomianskyi and Holosiivskyi districts are without water. Emergency repair work is underway.
In the Shevchenkivskyi district, windows have been damaged on the fifth and sixth floors of a 14-storey residential building. There is no fire.
