One injured and building damaged in Russian attack on Chernivtsi

A man has been injured and an office building damaged in a Russian drone attack on Chernivtsi on 1 November.

Quote: "The enemy attacked Bukovyna with three drones on 1 November 2026. An office building has been damaged in Chernivtsi as a result of hits by two UAVs.

A 67-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds. He was provided with first aid and taken to hospital.

A fire broke out at the site where the debris fell. All emergency services are dealing with the aftermath of the attack."

Details: Osypenko also reported that another Russian drone was destroyed by mobile fire groups near Chernivtsi. No casualties, injuries or destruction were recorded there.
