She said the meeting would take place in Brussels later this week. Representatives of France, Germany, the UK and the US will take part.
As previously reported, US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff announced earlier that the US team would meet representatives from France, Germany, the UK, the EU and NATO in Brussels this week. The parties will discuss security guarantees for Ukraine, Europe's post-war security architecture and economic opportunities to support Ukraine's reconstruction.
Witkoff also announced that trilateral talks on ending the Russia-Ukraine war would take place next week in the capital of the United Arab Emirates and would focus on further steps towards peace.
Background:

- As previously reported, on 27 October Finnish President Alexander Stubb and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre held a telephone conversation with Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin on their own initiative.
- President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Stubb and Støre had "clearly told" Putin about the need for genuine de-escalation measures concerning Ukraine's energy sector and infrastructure.
