One person has been killed, and a fire has started as a result of Russian air strikes on central Kharkiv.

Details: The burning residential building is located between the prosecutor and commandant’s offices on Moskovskiy Ave.
At least one person, an elderly woman, was killed, and five more were wounded.
Mayor Ihor Terekhov says that Russian helicopters are now flying over Kharkiv.
