In the Kharkiv region, a woman gave birth to a daughter under fire: Russian aggressors prevented the ambulance from getting through

An 18-year-old female from Balaklia, Kharkiv region, has given birth to a daughter under fire.

"The Russian occupiers did not allow an ambulance to pass through the checkpoint, when it was called for a woman giving birth"- the Operational Armed Forces’ Telegram channel reports.

A local paramedic came to the mother's aid. A healthy girl was born under the shelling.

Another team of paramedics was able to take the woman who in labour with the child to a safe place and take her to the hospital.

This is not the first such case. In Nikolayev the Russian invaders didn't let a woman who was in labour travel to the hospital. Ukrainian doctors had to assist her to give birth "online".
