Quote: "We have observed forces being regrouped in order to increase their offensive capabilities in order to accomplish the task of reaching the administrative borders of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. At the same time, the enemy continues to launch missile and bomb attacks on military and civilian infrastructure.

Also, additional units of the Russian Armed Forces are being prepared and moved to conduct combat operations on the territory of Ukraine."

Details: According to the information available, the Russian Federation is planning to send military equipment and 150 servicemen from the 155th Separate Brigade of the Pacific Fleet Marines (which has its permanent deployment base in Vladivostok).

A unit of the 14th Detached Special Forces Brigade of the Eastern Military District (with its permanent deployment point in Khabarovsk) has been formed and will be ready for deployment by May 2022.

On the Volyn front, up to four Belarusian armed forces battalion task groups have been reported to be involved in the reinforcement and protection of the Belarusian-Ukrainian border. It is impossible to completely rule out the involvement of the Belarusian armed forces in combat operations on Ukrainian territory.

The invaders carried out no active offensive actions on the Poliske front. They have continued to shell our troops in the areas of Lychanka, Petrushki, Shpytky and Moschun.

The invaders are regrouping their troops and withdrawing separate units to Belarus to restore combat readiness.

The movement of Iskander-M missile launchers has been recorded in the Gomel region of the Republic of Belarus towards the state border with Ukraine.

On the Seversk front, the invaders, having deployed certain units from the Central Military District, did not carry out any offensive actions. They have been concentrating their efforts on consolidating and maintaining previously occupied positions. They are regrouping, concentrating their equipment in settlements and wooded areas to prevent it being fired on.

The invaders continue to lay siege to the city of Chernihiv, targeting civilian infrastructure. The Russian forces are defending previously captured positions and are reorganising them. Russian forces have reportedly withdrawn from the village of Snovsk, destroying the bridge across the river Snov.

In addition, the Russian invaders have destroyed bridges in the areas of Konotop, Stara Rudnia, Smiach, Malyi Dyrchyn and Velykyi Dyrchyn.

On the Brovary front, the invaders have attempted to deploy separate units of the 90th Tank Division and the 2nd Combined Arms Army of the Central Military District. Defensive actions by units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have stopped them. However the aggressors continued to bombard the positions of our troops around the village of Lukianivka.

On the Slobozhansky front, the invaders are operating using separate units from the Western Military District.

The aggressors did not conduct any active combat operations near Sumy, and continued to regroup their troops and withdraw them to Russian Federation territory to restore combat readiness after the losses they had suffered. According to the General Staff, the moral and psychological state of Russian personnel is extremely low. For example, servicemen of the 15th Motorised Rifle Regiment are refusing to take part in the war.

The invading forces have not carried out any offensive actions on the Kharkiv front, but continue to blockade the city and fire on civilian infrastructure. They are carrying out logistical support activities for the troops.

Near Izyum, the invaders are deploying separate units of the 20th All-Arms and 1st Tank Army and the Baltic Fleet. They are regrouping and replenishing ammunition in order to further resume their offensive against Sloviansk.

On the Donetsk front, the invaders are focusing their main efforts on taking control of Popasna, Rubizhne, exits to the areas around Vuhledar and Solodke, as well as capturing the city of Mariupol.

The Russians carried out artillery and mortar shelling of Toretske, Svitlodarsk, Troitske and Pisky.

On the Terniv front, they suffered losses as a result of a clash with units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and retreated to the Makiivka area.

In Rubizhne, with the support of artillery, the occupying forces are trying to consolidate in the northwestern part of the city. They have suffered losses and have had no success.

The invaders have twice attempted an assault near the settlement of New York, in the Donetsk region. They failed, retreated and are continuing artillery bombardment of Ukrainian defenders' positions.

The Russians have conducted assault actions near the settlement of Marinka. These have failed, and they have sustained losses. In Mariupol, they continued advancing into the city centre and shelling the positions of our troops.

The Russian invaders carried out artillery fire on the positions of the defence units near Stepnogorsk and Huliaipole.

On the Tavria front, Russian State Guard ("Rosgvardiya") units in the temporarily occupied territories in the Kherson region continue to carry out screening operations to identify members of the Ukrainian security services, participants in an antiterrorist operation, and public activists, as well as to seize weapons and ammunition.

On the South Buh front, the invaders are working to restore combat readiness and replenish ammunition. They are continuing to carry out engineering works. They conducted an assault towards the village of Blahodatne, with no success.

Ships from the Russian Black Sea Fleet are carrying out missions in certain areas of the Black Sea and Sea of Azov operational zones. Individual vessels have entered a closed area, probably with the aim of carrying out missile strikes against facilities on Ukrainian territory.
