Direct speech: "Currently, the situation in Kyiv is stable. All the infrastructure is working as usual: heat, water, electricity, communications are available in all districts."

Details: Curfew is over. Air defence forces worked at night.

"The explosions that were heard were due to hitting the enemy missiles. Yesterday the damaged missile wreckage hit the railway station. There is no threat to the heat supply. In the morning a repair crew fixed what was damaged by a small explosion after the missile crash," Povoroznyk said.

The South Bridge will be closed on March 3, but Kyiv residents can use the North and Darnytsia bridges.

Starting 8am this morning, stores where you can buy basic necessities and pharmacies have been opened in Kyiv.

"Going outside is allowed only for urgent needs," said a representative of the city authorities.
