The aggressor state, Russia, says it is ready to "conduct a humanitarian operation" in Ukraine. Russians are talking about a humanitarian catastrophe in many Ukrainian cities directly caused by their aggression as an excuse for the next "operation".

Details: The Headquarters for Humanitarian Response of the Russian Federation claims that they received over 2 million appeals for evacuation from foreign embassies and citizens of Ukraine from March 5 to March 7.

Verbatim: "Russia is ready to prepare and carry out a humanitarian operation."

Context: The Russian army in Ukraine is suffering significant losses in both manpower and military machinery. In addition, the aggressors faced a lack of supplies - they ran out of fuel, weapons, food and water.

In these circumstances, Vladimir Putin can resort to the well-established practice of sending "humanitarian convoys", which he previously used in Donbass. Back then, weapons and resources for the occupying troops were brought to the territory of Ukraine under the guise of humanitarian goods.

Background:

The overall moral and psychological condition of the Russian occupation army remains extremely low and tends to deteriorate. In some areas, the invaders are abandoning their own documents and are attempting to return back to Russia.
