Ukrposhta, the Ukrainian Postal Service, received almost 500 letters with sketches for postage stamps as part of the competition announced on the topic "Russkiy korabl idi nahui" (Russian warship, f*ck you).

The postal service selected the 20 most successful illustrations and published them so that the public could choose the best one.

"They had promised to put all the sketches to a vote, but did not expect that there would be so many people willing to take part in the competition that it would go beyond Ukraine.

So we decided to collect the 20 best sketches from a philatelic point of view, from which you have to choose the one we will print, "Ukrposhta said.

The best sketch will be printed in mass circulation on the first Ukrainian postage stamp under martial law.

The new stamp can be used to send letters abroad.

"And most importantly, they will bear a message that you already know well: "Russkiy korabl idi nahui!" Now the whole world will see it!", the postal service emphasised.

To vote for your favourite of the 20 illustrations, just leave the sketch number in the comments below the Ukrposhta post.

Voting will last until March 10, and the winner will be determined by the next day.

"UP Zhittya" (UP "Life")  published its 10 favourites.
