Kim publishes a video of Russian shell hitting a children's hospital

The head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration, Vitalii Kim, has published video footage from surveillance cameras which shows a Russian shell hitting the courtyard of a children's hospital.

Details: The video shows a Russian shell landing right next to parked ambulances.

Previously: In the afternoon on 4 April the Russian occupiers fired on Mykolaiv with cluster shells. 

10 people were killed, among them one child, and 61 were wounded in cluster shelling.
