Tortured man found with his hands tied in Sumy region

The body of a tortured man with his face wrapped and hands tied has been found in the Boromlyanska Territorial Hromada (ATH) of the Sumy region.

Quote: "We continue to find people in the municipality whom the enemies have tortured (Boromlyanska ATH - ed.).

One of the men had his face wrapped and hands tied, and his right leg had lacerations.

The identity of the deceased has not been confirmed yet.

The Prosecutor's Office is investigating these cases."
