Zelenskyy: the fate of Donbas is being decided in Sievierodonetsk

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Sievierodonetsk still remains the epicentre of the confrontation in Donbas. According to him, the fate of Donbas is now being decided there.

Details: In addition, Zelenskyy said that he had signed a decree on awarding honours to Ukrainian defenders. He has granted awards to 285 fighters, 68 of them posthumously.
