Quote: "Dear citizens! All of you must have heard how the morning in Chuhuiv has begun. We have so far received reports of enemy hits in different neighbourhoods of the city.

We already know that residential buildings have been damaged, but we are still confirming whether there are casualties, and how many."

Details: Minaieva asked the residents of Chuhuiv to limit their movement around the city as much as possible, and to try and remain close to shelters if they can.

Background: Ihor Terekhov, Mayor of Kharkiv, has reported that Russian forces struck the city of Kharkiv using an S-300 surface-to-air missile system twice: the first strike targeted an area near central Kharkiv and the second hit an area on the outskirts of Kharkiv. Two relatively small fires broke out as a result of the attack, but have already been extinguished.
