Russian invaders shell Sloviansk Thermal Power Plant, fire breaks out

The Sloviansk Thermal Power Plant in Donetsk Oblast came under attack by Russian invaders on the morning of 17 September, said Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Oblast Military Administration.
