Ukrainian Armed Forces kill nearly 500 Russian soldiers on 3 September

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have killed over 450 Russian occupiers; the total number of Russian casualties for the 7th month of the war is 49,500 personnel killed.

Details: Total combat losses of the Russian forces between 24 February and 4 September 2022 are estimated to be [figures in parentheses represent the latest losses - ed.]:

• 2,049 (+15) tanks
• 4,430 (+27) armoured combat vehicles
• 1,147 (+13) artillery systems
• 294 (+1) multiple-launch rocket systems
• 156 (+3) air defence systems
• 236 (+1) aircraft
• 206 (+0) helicopters
• 864 (+0) operational-tactical UAVs
• 203 (+0) cruise missiles
• 15 (+0) ships/boats
• 3,276 (+8) vehicles and fuel tankers
• 106 (+1) other vehicles and equipment.

The General Staff noted that Russian troops had suffered their heaviest losses on the Donetsk and Kryvyi Rih fronts.
