The atrocities the Russian army has left behind in Kherson Oblast are the same as [atrocities committed] in other parts of our country that it was able to occupy."

Details: Zelenskyy said that Russian soldiers and mercenaries who had been left behind in Kherson Oblast are being detained; sabotage units are being neutralised.

Zelenskyy additionally said that "stabilisation" will be ensured and law and order will return to 226 cities, towns and villages in Kherson Oblast with a total population of "over 100,000 people, as of now."

Previously: On 13 November, Yevhenii Yenin, First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, said that torture chambers set up by Russian occupation forces have been found on the liberated territory of Kherson Oblast; some of these are located in the premises of local police departments.
