Power restored in 70% of Kharkiv and Kharkiv Oblast

Around 70% of households in the city of Kharkiv and in Kharkiv Oblast have had power restored.

Details: Syniehubov said that around 150,000 people remain without power in the city of Kharkiv; another 300,000 people in the rest of Kharkiv Oblast also have no power.
