Russians attack Sumy Oblast: up to 30 strikes

Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, Head of Sumy Oblast Military Administration, has reported that the Russian occupiers carried out 26 strikes on Hlukhiv and Shalyhyne hromadas [an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories - ed.] on 18 December.

Quote from Zhyvytskyi: "The Russians deployed mortars to fire on Hlukhiv hromada; 16 strikes were documented.

Shalyhyne hromada: the Russians carried out 10 attacks from self-propelled artillery on the border area of the hromada."

Details: Zhyvytskyi noted that there were no casualties or damage in both cases.
