Kherson left without electricity again due to Russian shelling

The Russians damaged the power grid in Kherson; as a result of the attack, the city was left without electricity again.

Details: The official added that power engineering teams have already started working on restoring the electricity supply in the city.

Background: On 2 December, Yaroslav Yanushevych reported that the electricity supply in Kherson was restored by 75%, which is 10% more than it was the previous day.
