Air-raid sirens sound all over Ukraine

Air raid sirens have been sounding in all oblasts of Ukraine.

Details: An air-raid siren started sounding in southern oblasts first. 

It was sounded in Kyiv Oblast at 00:34, and in Kyiv city at 00:35.

The air-raid alerts spread to western oblasts from the central part of Ukraine.

Updated at 04:15: The authorities have sounded the all-clear in most oblasts.

As of 04:15, the siren was still being sounded in the city of Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast.

Updated at 04:25: The air-raid siren was sounded again in four oblasts: Kharkiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia.
